Context. Padtec was launching Smart Site, a new solution in a new business area, and needed sales materials to support its go-to-market positioning.

The existing assets — a dense text-only proposal, initial marketing collateral and scattered technical content — lacked structure and a consistent narrative across formats.​

The work began with an in-depth understanding of the solution — researching its market positioning, analysing existing materials, aligning with brand guidelines and identifying the most relevant elements from the Smart Site platform to carry forward.

Challenge. The core challenge was transforming a large volume of technical and commercial information into a coherent communication system — one that was organised, consistent and adapted to the needs of each format and audience.

Solution. The solution was a communication system made up of three complementary deliverables, each addressing a different stage of the sales process.

Commercial proposal template | A redesigned template built for clarity, usability and consistency. Content was reorganised, structure simplified and language refined to improve readability — without sacrificing technical depth.

Sales presentation | A presentation designed to translate technical features into value — with a structured narrative and clear logical flow to support client understanding and drive engagement.

Marketing folder | A multi-page folder organised into concise, accessible sections — covering key concepts, the value proposition and real-world use cases — designed to support and enrich commercial conversations.

Result. The result was a clear, consistent set of assets that made Smart Site easier to present, understand and position — with improved usability and alignment across every format.
